By submitting an advertisement to the UK CAR ADS web site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions laid out here. These terms and conditions and the contract of which they form part shall be governed by English law. All references to "the customer" refer to the user applying to place the advertisement for a vehicle on the UK CAR ADS web site. All references to "us" refers to UKCARADS.CO.UK
This service offers the facility to compose and place an advertisement for a used vehicle on the UK CAR ADS web site.
DURATION OF PLACEMENT ON UK CAR ADS
Car ads will appear until sold or maximum of 3 weeks which ever comes sooner. After 3 weeks your ad will need to be re-activated by you FREE of charge (this is to ensure UKCarAds only display cars which are still for sale) .Advertisements will commence from the date the advertisement is approved by UK CAR ADS web site moderators.
PROCESSING YOUR ADVERT
Only one vehicle may be featured in each advertisement. The advert copy you supply must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must comply with British code of Advertising. ukcarads.co.uk ltd reserve the right to amend or withdraw the advertisement to ensure compliance with these requirements at anytime and without notification. Where possible UK CAR ADS will contact the customer to inform them of changes to the advertisement.If we are forced to withdraw an advertisement due to indecent or in-compliant content we regret that we are unable to give a refund (if applicable) for said placed advertisement. Upgraded ads may take up to 24hrs to appear on partner sites.
